Hi! I'm Kathryn and I am so excited to have a blog! Let me tell you about myself...
I come from beautiful Centennial, CO. It's just south of Denver and right next to the LDS temple! I love it there so much.
I am a junior at BYU studying Family and Consumer Sciences Education. Wow, that's a mouthful! Let's just call it FACS Ed :-)
I love learning! Anything and everything! The world is full of beauty and I want to know all about it.
I got my love of stories from my dad and my generosity from my mom.
Some of my favorite pastimes are reading, playing piano or singing (which happens all the time, not just in passing!) and being outside. I love the feeling I get when I've worked hard to accomplish something.
Some of the proudest moments of my life:
Bowing after I nailed the accompaniment for "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" when my high school choirs sang it. That was a hard song.
Hugging my brother and sister when they each walked out of the temple with their eternal companions.
Holding my newborn nephew for the first time.
Watching my brother walk through the airport, bound for a plane to take him to the MTC. Where he prepared to serve a full-time mission in Russia. (super excited to welcome him home in a few weeks!!)
